Coconut water
Coconut water is rich in electrolytes ( kali, sodium and magnesium) and the natural sugar content in coconut water can help stabilize blood sugar levels, rehydrate the body. Drink a glass (250 ml) of coconut water as soon as you wake up in the morning by sipping in small sips or combining it with a light breakfast.
Honey lemon juice
Lemon and honey water can help relieve vomiting. Lemon helps neutralize the pH of the body and helps reduce stomach discomfort. Honey contains fructose, which helps break down alcohol faster. So, mix warm water with the juice of half a lemon and 1 tablespoon honey and drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
Ginger tea
According to research published in the Molecules Journal, the antioxidants in ginger can help control vomiting symptoms. Boil a small, fresh ginger root in a glass of water for 5 minutes, add honey or lemon for added benefits, then steep while still warm.
Banana smoothie
Bananas are high in potassium, which helps provide electrolytes to the body. Mix 1 banana with 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon honey and half a teaspoon cinnamon. Eat it for breakfast or have a mid-morning snack.
Tomato juice
Tomato juice is rich in vitamins A, C and potassium, which can enhance liver function and provide electrolytes to the body, helping to overcome vomiting. By pureeing fresh tomatoes with a pinch of salt, black pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Drink this drink in the morning with breakfast.
