How to use cardamom for skin care

    Cardamom is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties that are very good for skin health. Here's how to use cardamom for skin care.

    1. Exfoliate your face with cardamom

    Ingredient:

    - 10 grams ground cardamom

    - 15ml honey

    - 15ml sugar

    Making:

    - Mix the above ingredients together to form a thick mixture.

    - Gently massage the exfoliating mixture onto your face, focusing on rough areas.

    - Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

    - Use a gentle moisturizer to hydrate your skin.

    2. Moisturizing mask from cardamom and honey

    Ingredient:

    - 10 grams cardamom powder

    - 30ml honey

    Making:

    - Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    - Gently massage the mixture onto your face.

    - Leave the mixture on your face for 10 - 15 minutes.

    - Rinse with warm water.

    3. Cardamom, turmeric and lemon mask

    Ingredient:

    - 10 grams cardamom powder

    - 10 grams of turmeric powder

    - A few drops of lemon juice

    Making:

    - Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    - Gently apply the mixture on your face.

    - Leave the mixture for 10 - 15 minutes.

    - Rinse under running water.

    4. Exfoliate lips with cardamom

    Ingredient:

    - 5 grams ground cardamom powder

    - 3 grams of sugar

    - 5ml honey

    Making:

    - Mix the above ingredients into a thick mixture.

    - Gently massage the exfoliating mixture onto lips.

    - Rinse with warm water and apply lip balm.

    5. Rose water and cardamom

    Ingredient:

    - 8 grams ground cardamom powder

    - 125ml rose water

    Making:

    - Soak cardamom powder in rose water for 30 minutes.

    - Filter the mixture and store in a clean container.

    - Apply toner to face with cotton.
