Benefits of red lentils

How to make red lentil soup
Ingredient:
- 100 grams red lentils
- 1 potato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 grams minced garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 50ml coconut milk
- 8 grams roasted flax seeds
- 5 grams black pepper powder
- 5ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander for decoration
- 250ml water
Making:
- Take a pan, put it on the stove and add olive oil, when the oil is hot, stir-fry the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Continue adding the potatoes and stir-fry until you see the potatoes turn light golden brown.
- Now add water, salt, red lentils and boil all ingredients until cooked.
- Then, put the mixture in a blender and blend it into a thick mixture. Add coconut milk, black pepper, lemon juice and blend again.
- You can add water or coconut milk to create the consistency to your liking.
- Finally, pour the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle some black pepper, chopped coriander and flax seeds and enjoy.
