1. Avoid jumping up too quickly
Suddenly getting up or jumping off the bed as soon as you wake up can cause immediate changes in blood pressure, causing strong vasoconstriction and increasing the risk of stroke or cardiovascular problems.
Instead, spend a few minutes lying down, relax your body, and do some gentle movements such as holding - releasing your arms, stretching your limbs to let blood circulate before slowly sitting up.
2. Avoid rubbing your eyes tightly
After a long night, the eye became dry and sensitive. Strong Dandruff can scratch the cornea, causing swelling and pain, and even infection if the hands are not clean.
If you feel uncomfortable, it is best to reduce a few tears of artificial tears to soothe instead of rubbing your eyes tightly.
3. Avoid surfing your phone while opening your eyes
Holding your phone to check social networks, emails or messages as soon as you wake up will cause your brain to fall into a state of stress, loss of concentration and anxiety throughout the day.
Instead, start with a light song, a few minutes of meditation or simply reach deep into your shoulders to warm up your body and mind.
4. Avoid drinking coffee immediately
Drinking coffee right after waking up can increase stomach acid secretion, easily causing reflux or discomfort.
The best way is to drink a cup of warm water about 200 - 300ml in advance to re hydrate the body and support blood circulation, then enjoy your cup of coffee.
5. Avoid eating breakfast too early
Eating breakfast right after waking up - when the body has not yet "starved up" - can cause you to swallow bacteria in the mouth after an overnight period, while affecting the digestive process.
