The content of the directive shows that the health sector needs to strengthen inspection and examination of medical facilities, especially cases of false advertising, claiming to be "the doctor", "medical salary" without a practice certificate or operating without a license.
Medical examination and treatment facilities must comply with the law, only operate when they meet the conditions and a valid license; publicize service prices, procedures, and information of doctors and nurses; and not advertised incorrectly. Violations will be strictly handled according to the provisions of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023.
The People's Committee of Cao Bang province also requested to step up propaganda to raise awareness of people, only accessing medical services at legal facilities. Commune and ward levels need to strengthen supervision and inspection of medical practice activities in the area, promptly detect and handle violations.
