Previously, patient P.V.H (born in 1966, Xuan Kieu village, Quang Xuan commune, Quang Trach district) suddenly fainted, then his family took him to the Bac Quang Binh Regional General Hospital for hospitalization. Here, doctors and nurses recorded the patient with cardiac arrest, electric shock vibration 3 times, and emergency treatment to stop the circulation after 90 minutes, the blood circulation returned.
The patient was then transferred to the Vietnam - Cuba Dong Hoi Friendship Hospital. Upon admission, the patient regained consciousness slowly, breathed oxygen through the endotracheal tube, the heart was bustling, the pulse was clear, the abdomen was soft, no paralysis, the two lungs were clear, chest and thuongsion pain.
During treatment in the Intensive Care Unit, the patient had atherosclerosis and unconsciousness, and underwent 4 emergency dialysis.
Thanks to active treatment, the patient's condition gradually improved, he was alert and could stop using vasopressors.
After treatment, the patient is now conscious, has good contact, has pink skin and mucous membranes, a steady heart rate, and a clear circulation.
The Vietnam - Cuba Dong Hoi Friendship Hospital said that patient H had congenital heart disease, overworked, leading to a stroke, and had a heart attack for 90 minutes.
