Following the order of the Ministry of National Defense, the 18th Army Corps mobilized the EC-225 Helicopters with the number VN-8618 captained by Lieutenant Colonel Do Hoang Hai, along with the Air Emergency Team of Military Hospital 175 led by Major, MSc. Dr. Dinh Van Hong, to carry full specialized cardiovascular resuscitation equipment and a team of doctors with experience in treating critical patients, especially with the participation of cardiotherapist.
The flight has overcome harsh night flight conditions, ensuring absolute safety.

Dr. Dinh Van Hong, Head of the Air Traffic Emergency Team of Military Hospital 175 said: At the time of approach, we assessed that the patient was at very high risk during transportation such as arrhythmia, acute heart failure, heart shock, and even sudden death. We have actively handled on-site to ensure patients are stable and safe throughout the journey. Despite the harsh night flight conditions, with the close coordination between the flight crew and the medical crew, the flight was completed in absolute safety, taking the patient to Military Hospital 175 in time.
As soon as he returned to Military Hospital 175, the patient was transferred to the Emergency Department for intensive testing and intensive treatment, to minimize the risk of cardiovascular complications. The patient was given 2 coronary stents. Up to now, the patient's condition has gradually stabilized.
