Each ambulance is likened to a "mobile emergency room", equipped with a specialized ventilator, an integrated electric shocker with monitor, a handheld FAST exam, a 12-way heartbeat with remote connection, an air int most certainly with a camera, a fixed injury brace and many other emergency equipment.
Vingroup's support for Ha Tinh province is to implement the National Out-of-Hospital Emergency Project, period 2025-2030 of the Ministry of Health.
According to the plan, the Ha Tinh out-of-hospital emergency system is organized with 81 emergency teams, gathering 283 medical staff. Of which, 16 teams are stationed at the Provincial General Hospital, the remaining 65 teams are stationed at 13 general hospitals and medical centers in areas with hospital beds.
In parallel with sponsoring ambulances and medical equipment, Vingroup cooperates with Thien Tam Fund to support Ha Tinh province in implementing training programs according to international standards on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid, including professional training for medical staff, building a core lecturer team and expanding community first aid training.
Through this series of activities, Vingroup aims to support Ha Tinh in completely standardizing out-of-hospital emergency capacity, from investing in vehicles to developing human resources, while training medical staff and building a teaching staff to spread first aid skills in the community.
Since then, the National Out-of-Hospital Emergency Project has gradually formed a sustainable and effective out-of-hospital emergency system, where people are not only saved in time, but also have the ability to support each other in life-and-death moments.
It is known that Ha Tinh is the sixth locality to receive Vingroup's support to implement the National Out-of-Hospital Emergency Project coordinated and led by the Ministry of Health. The localities supported include: Phu Quoc, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa and Ha Tinh.
