Here, functional forces discovered that Mr. Luong Trung Th. examined and treated patients (deep teeth treatment) but did not have a medical examination and treatment license.
For the same violation, the Department of Health also fined business household Nguyen Van C. (address 197 Tran Hung Dao, Chu Van An ward, Hai Phong city). At 2:15 PM on December 4, the inspection team according to Decision No. 3246/QD-SYT dated November 20, 2025 conducted a surprise inspection of establishment No. 197 Tran Hung Dao owned by Mr. Nguyen Van C.). At this time, the team discovered 2 dental chairs with patients lying for oral hygiene (implemented by Mr. Nguyen Van C.), a 2025 medical service book recording the names of patients performing services with prices (tooth extract, tooth pulp treatment...). Mr. Nguyen Van C. (the business household owner) admitted to examining and treating patients (tooth extract, tooth pulp treatment, oral hygiene) but did not have a medical examination and treatment operating license.
For this violation, the above 2 business households were fined 45,000,000 VND; suspended operations of establishments for a period of 18 months.
