Immediately after receiving the information, the shift commander urgently mobilized officers and soldiers to approach, mobilize, and coordinate with passersby to promptly intervene and take the man to the commune police headquarters.
Tien Lang Commune Police identified Mr. M.X.N (born in 1994, residing in Tra Dong village, Tien Minh commune, Hai Phong) as having a history of mental disorder, having been treated many times at Dong Khe Hospital. Due to psychological boredom, believing that his family lacked care and often had conflicts, Mr. M.X.N had suicidal thoughts.
Currently, Tien Lang Commune Police have contacted and handed over Mr. M.X.N to his family for continued management, monitoring, and care. At the same time, they recommend that the family treat, stabilize psychology, and prevent unfortunate incidents that may occur to Mr. M.X.N.
