On the morning of December 29, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health said that in 2025, through inspection, functional agencies discovered 42 cases of trading in pharmaceuticals, food, medical equipment, chemicals, and preparations that do not meet quality standards.
The main violations are related to labels, counterfeit goods, smuggled goods or non-compliance with medical legal regulations. The total fine amount is more than 611 million VND.

On the other hand, the Lam Dong Provincial Center for Drug and Cosmetic Testing conducted testing of 1,429/1,530 drug and cosmetic samples. The results showed that 1,423 samples met quality standards, and 6 samples did not meet.
According to Ms. Vo Thi Ai Lieu - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health, the department has requested cosmetic production and business establishments in the area to review the ingredients of product formulas, ensuring compliance with the ASEAN Cosmetics Agreement.
Facilities are not allowed to produce or trade cosmetics containing the prohibited substances Miconazole, Miconazole nitrate and Cyclotetrasiloxane (CAS: 293-51-6).
The Department of Health will stop receiving declaration dossiers and recall the number of declaration forms received for violating products according to regulations.

In addition, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health has issued a notice of recall, destruction and suspension of circulation of many violating cosmetic products nationwide.
Among them, there is a batch of Vitamin E Carebeau - White Skin Cream (250g bottle) produced in Thailand by Thuong Trading and Service Investment Co., Ltd. is responsible for putting it on the market.
The batch of Amibebe Pro Children's Bathing and Shampooing Water (400 ml bottle) was also suspended from circulation because the test sample contained Methylparaben and Propylparaben that were not in the registered ingredient.

The product is distributed by Anh Minh Pharmaceutical Trading and Service Co., Ltd., and manufactured by La Terre France Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam also suspended the circulation and recalled the batch of LYNSHAO skin whitening, acne prevention, and dark spot fading cream (12g) due to containing Dexamethason - a substance not allowed to be used in cosmetics according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health.

To ensure the safety of people's health and consumer rights, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health requests establishments trading and using cosmetics in the area to immediately stop the circulation of violating products; organize recall, return to distributors and report results before January 5, 2026.
The Center for Drug and Cosmetic Testing continues to strengthen supervision and take samples for testing in the area.
