Herbal tea, a simple solution for a difficult belly

1 tablespoon honey (added after the tea cools)
How to do:
Boil 1-2 cups of water.
Add all the ingredients (except honey) to the pot, lightly boil for 2-5 minutes.
Strain the tea, let it cool a little and add honey.
Enjoy the warm weather for optimal results.
Note: You should not mix honey into boiling water to avoid destroying beneficial enzymes.
