Warning about recruitment scams
Bach Mai Hospital has just issued a notice warning about sophisticated fraud tricks taking advantage of the hospital's recruitment period to appropriate personal information and assets of people, students and candidates.
According to Bach Mai Hospital, the unit is currently implementing contract labor recruitment in accordance with the law, ensuring the principle of publicity and transparency, and all recruitment information is only posted and publicly announced uniformly on the hospital's official information channels.
However, recently, the hospital has recorded the situation of some subjects impersonating officials, leaders or functional departments of the hospital. These subjects use fake images, logos and documents with names such as "cooperation notice", "social fund", "candidate support"... to approach students and candidates participating in the recruitment period.
The subjects actively text or call each student and candidate directly with the content of notifying that they will be supported with 120,000 VND, and at the same time request to provide bank account numbers and citizen identification information with the reason of carrying out money transfer procedures. In fact, this is a trick to illegally collect personal information to serve acts of fraud and appropriation of property.

Bach Mai Hospital affirms: All notices related to recruitment, cooperation, sponsorship or support for candidates are made through the hospital's official channels. The hospital does not require candidates to provide bank account information, ID cards via personal messages, nor does it perform the transfer of support money in this form.
The Department of Organization and Personnel of the hospital has fully informed all students and candidates who passed the second round and requested teachers, students, and candidates to raise their vigilance and absolutely not follow the requirements from unofficial sources to avoid being exploited by thieves.
Bach Mai Hospital recommends that when detecting suspicious signs or information of unclear origin related to recruitment work, people should proactively contact directly with the hospital or official focal points to be verified and handled promptly according to regulations.
