Two units join hands to bring benefits to customers

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Trung Thanh - General Director of Viettel Telecom shared that with a history of 25 years of development, Viettel Telecom is one of the leading telecommunications and technology service providers in Vietnam. In the development goal of the new phase, Viettel Telecom has identified the goal of transforming from traditional telecommunications to technology companies, strongly developing digital platforms, AI services, cloud computing, Big Data and digital solutions to serve life.
On the development journey, Viettel Telecom is cherishing and preparing to launch a modern digital application called DIGITAL LIFE. This application integrates many utilities such as: healthcare, education, entertainment... And the unit considers healthcare as an important field, so cooperation with the MEDLATEC Healthcare System becomes a strategy that brings many benefits to customers.

Currently, we often have to endure queuing, waiting, and fatigue at the hospital... Meanwhile, MEDLATEC offers many convenient services such as: on-site testing samples, family doctors, pharmaceuticals, health consultation... I myself have examined and used MEDLATEC's services, I find them very modern, convenient, and in line with Viettel Telecom's direction. Therefore, I hope that the cooperation between the two units will bring many benefits to customers, Mr. Trung expressed.

According to the signing, MEDLATEC's key services will be integrated directly on DIGITAL LIFE, including: on-site testing samples; family doctors; remote health consultation; pharmaceuticals and comprehensive health care packages... Bringing these services to Viettel Telecom's platform makes it easy for users to access, proactively book appointments, track results and manage health anytime, anywhere.

The combination of MEDLATEC and Viettel Telecom is an important turning point in bringing quality health care services closer to the people. The project not only has technological value but also has great humanitarian significance, helping Vietnamese people access healthcare more easily, more conveniently and faster, especially in the context of increasing demand for medical examination and treatment.
