After their wedding in 2010, Le Ba Thuong (1984) and Le Thi Ha (1989), in Hung Yen, hoped to soon have little angels. But 3 years have passed, and all the hope is still just waiting. Questions from relatives and gossip from neighbors only make their desire to become parents even more intense.
After visiting many hospitals, Ms. Ha and Mr. Thuong learned the cause of infertility. Believing in modern medicine and following the doctor's advice, the couple tried the assisted reproductive method of injecting sperm into the uterus (IUI), but after two unsuccessful IUIs, they felt disoriented.
In 2018, through an acquaintance's introduction, they learned about Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital. The entire process of egg stimulation and embryo creation went smoothly, and they were full of hope that they would soon welcome their child.
In 2019, Ms. Ha was advised by the doctor to transfer the embryo. After many days of waiting, they finally waited for the happiest moment of their lives, a beautiful seed had taken root and sprouted. The good news of pregnancy made the whole family excited, everyone was happy for them.
I thought the days would pass by peacefully, but the joy did not last long, at the 9th week of pregnancy the doctor diagnosed that the baby had lost its heartbeat. The news came so suddenly that Ms. Ha burst into tears and was mentally broken.
A few years passed, the sadness after losing their first child gradually subsided, and their lives returned to normal.
In 2023, with the encouragement of her family, Ms. Ha decided to temporarily stop working to devote all her time to her dream of becoming a mother. She and her husband returned to the Hanoi Andrology and Infertility Hospital to continue their unfinished journey. On February 28, 2023, Specialist Doctor I Pham Van Huong - Deputy Director of the hospital - delivered the small seed to the family.
In particular, 15 days after the embryo transfer, that happiness was doubled when the doctor announced that she was pregnant with two little angels.
Happy to know that they are pregnant with twins and have regular check-ups at the hospital, but they still cannot avoid anxiety when entering the 9th week of pregnancy.
Fortunately, everything went smoothly and the children were healthy. Throughout the pregnancy, Master, Doctor Hoang Van Khanh was always there to take care of Ms. Ha and her two children at each important prenatal check-up.
On October 25, 2023, amid the boundless happiness of both families, two little angels Le Diep Thao and Le Ba Quang Vinh were born. The two babies were affectionately called by their parents at home as Gao - Thoc.
