Fine three beauty establishments 105 million VND

Ha Tinh Provincial Police have just fined three beauty establishments with a total amount of 105 million VND for advertising medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate.

These are Bich Thao Spa facility owned by Ms. N.T.B.T (born in 1991, residing in Cam Xuyen commune); Lee Beauty Spa owned by Ms. H.T.L (born in 1998, residing in Thach Ha commune); My Hanh Spa owned by Ms. N.T.M.H (born in 1992, residing in Thanh Sen ward).

All 3 establishments above have advertised medical examination and treatment services on Facebook without a medical examination and treatment license or medical examination and treatment practice certificate according to the provisions of law.

After discovering the violation, the police agency summoned representatives of the facilities to work and made a record of administrative violations. Each beauty facility was administratively fined VND35 million.

The authorities also forced these establishments to remove and delete all posts and advertising content that violated the law on Facebook pages.

Previously, in 2024, the Ha Tinh Department of Health fined 8 clinics and cosmetic facilities for violations in medical examination, treatment, and cosmetic services with a total amount of 50 million VND.

Of which, Casa beauty salon alone (No. 165, Ly Tu Trong Street, old Ha Tinh City) was fined 25 million VND and suspended from operation for 4.5 months.
