Soybeans
Soybeans are a very good food for women, rich in isoflavones (a form of phytoestrogen) that help balance hormones, keep skin moisturized and elastic.
The simplest way to use it is to drink homemade soy milk. Just soak the beans overnight, blend and cook the next morning to have a glass of fragrant, thick and less sugary milk than the pre-made type. You can add peanuts to increase fat or daisy to create a natural sweetness. Drinking it every morning helps the body become healthier and the skin smoother over time.
Broccoli
Broccoli is rich in vitamin C, carotene and minerals, which have antioxidant effects, helping to slow down the skin aging process.
If you are tired of simply boiling or stir-frying, you can try stir-fried broccoli with mushrooms. Blanch the broccoli briefly to retain its green color, then stir-fry with mushrooms and garlic, season with a little salt and oyster sauce. The dish is both delicious, low in fat, and very good for health.
Black sesame
Black sesame is rich in vitamin E and good fats, which help nourish hair, moisturize skin and improve healthy shine.
To make it easier to absorb, it can be processed into black sesame crackers. Roast sesame sesame, grind it to make filling, wrap it in sticky rice flour and steam until cooked. This dish is both delicious and healthier than many types of greasy cakes.
