According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal on August 1, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 3610/QD-BQP to revoke the Medical Examination and Treatment License No. 1003/GPHD-BQP of the medical examination and treatment facility of Military Hospital 22-12, Military Region 5.
The person responsible for technical expertise is Doctor Nguyen Van Hoa, a practice license (practice certificate) issued by the Ministry of National Defense.
The reason for revoking the license to operate medical examination and treatment is that the medical examination and treatment facility itself proposes to revoke the license to operate.
According to the Decision, Military Region 5 Hospital 22-12 is located at 34/4 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Tan Lap, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa.
This decision takes effect from July 28, 2025.
Medical examination and treatment facilities of Military Hospital 22-12 are not allowed to conduct medical examination and treatment activities from July 28, 2025 in any form and are only allowed to continue medical examination and treatment activities when permitted by competent authorities.
The Ministry of National Defense requests that the Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the above-mentioned organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
