The batch of Victory Herbal Women's Hygiene Solution was suspended from circulation, recalled and destroyed nationwide because it did not meet microbial limit standards.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) has just requested the suspension of circulation, recall and destruction nationwide of a batch of Victory Herbal Women's Hygiene Solution - 300ml bottle due to not meeting quality standards for microbial limits.

The product has registration number 06/26/CBMP-NA, batch number 010426, production date April 15, 2026, expiry date 36 months from the date of manufacture. The manufacturing unit and responsible for bringing the product to the market is Chien Thang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., address at No. 17 Thanh Thai Street, Quang Phuc Block, Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province.

According to the Drug Administration of Vietnam, the product sample was taken by the Center for Drug, Cosmetic and Food Testing - Nghe An Department of Health at the company for testing. The results showed that the test sample did not meet quality standards for microbial limiting indicators.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests cosmetic business establishments nationwide to immediately stop selling and using the above product batch, and at the same time return it to the supplier.

Chien Thang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is responsible for notifying the recall to distributors, receiving returned products and organizing the recall and destruction of the entire batch of violating products. The enterprise must report the results of recall and destruction to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before September 26, 2026.

The Nghe An Department of Health is assigned to supervise the process of recalling and destroying, and at the same time inspect the compliance with regulations on cosmetic management of Chien Thang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and handle violations if any.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) also said that the unit suspended and recalled nationwide 5 cosmetics manufactured by Bao Loi Cosmetics Co., Ltd., after discovering that the circulating product formula was not in accordance with the declared dossier.

5 products include: CURIA Shampoo; VLIACARE Bath GEL; VLIACARE Shampoo; VLIACARE Conditioner and VLIACARE Handwash.

In which, CURIA Shampoo has the announced number 200/25/CBMPHD, which Bao Loi Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is responsible for bringing to the market. Four VLIACARE products have announced numbers 118/25/CBMPHP, 119/25/CBMPHP, 120/25/CBMPHP and 141/25/CBMPHP respectively, which Nhat Linh Glow Beauty Co., Ltd. is responsible for bringing to the market.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam said that the reason for the recall is that cosmetics in circulation have formulas that are not in accordance with the declared dossier. Previously, the Hai Phong City Department of Health had recalled the receipt number of cosmetic product declaration forms for products manufactured by Bao Loi Cosmetics Co., Ltd.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Departments of Health of provinces and cities to notify cosmetic business establishments and users to immediately stop selling and using the above 5 products and return them to the supplying establishment.

The two related enterprises must notify the recall to the distributors, receive returned products and recall and destroy all violating products. The result report must be sent to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before September 26, 2026.

The Department of Health of Hai Phong City and Hanoi City are assigned to supervise the process of recall and destruction. The Hanoi Department of Health alone must inspect the compliance with regulations on the production and business of cosmetics of Nhat Linh Glow Beauty Co., Ltd. and handle violations if detected.

The two Departments of Health must report the implementation results to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before October 10, 2026.
