2 batches of Rolux AF women's hygiene solution suspended from circulation and recalled include batch 08102025, production date October 10, 2025, expiry date to October 10, 2027 and batch 09102025, production date October 11, 2025.
According to the Drug Administration of Vietnam, the organization responsible for putting the product on the market is Evercare Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Joint Stock Company, located in Tan Son village, Tan Dinh commune, Bac Ninh province, enterprise code 0109174484.
The product manufacturer is BMP Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, with the same address in Tan Son village, Tan Dinh commune, Bac Ninh province, enterprise code 2400378512.
The reason for the recall was clearly stated by the Drug Administration of Vietnam: The 2 batches of cosmetic products mentioned above were identified by the Investigation Police Agency - Bac Ninh Provincial Police as "fake goods".
Based on information from the police agency, the Drug Administration of Vietnam requested the suspension of circulation and recall of all products belonging to 2 violating batches nationwide.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Departments of Health of provinces and cities to notify cosmetic business establishments and users in the area; and at the same time propagate to people not to do business and not to use Rolux AF women's hygiene solution belonging to the above 2 product batches.
For establishments that are doing business or using products, management agencies require proactive inspection of stored goods. If products belonging to recalled batches are detected, establishments must stop doing business, use and return them to the supply unit.
Facilities are also required to promptly report to functional agencies when detecting violating products.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests local Departments of Health to inspect and supervise the implementation of recalls at establishments trading and using cosmetics; and at the same time handle violating units according to current regulations.
In addition to recalling 2 batches of Rolux AF, the Drug Administration of Vietnam requested localities to direct testing centers to strengthen sampling and quality inspection of cosmetics circulating in the area.
Localities are also requested to establish hotlines to receive information related to fake cosmetics, smuggled cosmetics, cosmetics of unknown origin. Through this, functional agencies can promptly verify and handle violations.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam recommends that business establishments and cosmetic users proactively inspect products being stored, especially Rolux AF feminine hygiene solution.
If the product has information that coincides with batch 08102025 or batch 09102025, people and business establishments will not continue to use or put the product on the market.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requested Evercare Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Joint Stock Company and BMP Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company to send notices of recall to all distribution, business, and usage establishments for the above 2 batches of products.
The two enterprises are responsible for receiving products returned by the establishments and proceeding to recall all batches of violating products.
The Department of Health of Bac Ninh province is requested to coordinate with functional agencies in the area to supervise Evercare Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Joint Stock Company and BMP Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company in the process of recovery.
The results of inspection and supervision must be reported to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before October 3, 2026.
