According to the plan, the entire medical force is assigned to perform duty duty from the time of starting to install fireworks, from 6:00 AM on February 16th to 1:00 AM on February 17th (ie, the 1st day of Tet), to ensure readiness to handle any situations arising on New Year's Eve.
At the destinations, Dr. Nguyen Trong Dien acknowledged the serious preparation of the units, directly visited, encouraged and sent New Year greetings to the team of officials and medical staff on duty.
The Director of the Hanoi Department of Health emphasized: The work of ensuring medical care to serve major events during Tet, especially fireworks displays on New Year's Eve, is of great significance in protecting the health and lives of the people. Therefore, units need to continue to maintain a serious on-duty regime, ensuring readiness for emergency care and timely handling of all situations.
“Thorough preparation of forces, vehicles and medicines not only contributes to ensuring safety for people but also demonstrates the responsibility of the health sector in important moments of the Capital,” Dr. Nguyen Trong Dien affirmed.
Records at the scene show that the emergency teams were all present on time, fully staffed including 2 doctors, 2 nurses, along with ambulances, medicine supplies and medical equipment according to regulations. Medical staff wore industry uniforms, full public employee cards, and maintained a serious and dedicated service attitude.

Health teams also proactively contact and closely coordinate with fireworks display site commanders to ensure smooth information and quick handling in case of incidents.
The inspection and review of health work before G-hour is considered an important preparation step, contributing to helping people in the Capital welcome the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 safely, joyfully and completely.
