H (40 years old) admitted to the hospital with symptoms of serious penile deformity. This condition not only causes pain every time there is erection but also directly affects the patient's sexual and psychological life.
According to the patient's sharing, listening to word of mouth from friends, he performed a procedure of injecting liquid silicone into his genitals with the desire to increase size and pleasure. The dissection requires meticulousness and high professional skills to avoid further damaging important structures. We were forced to perform the removal of the entire fibroized lesion. Then, we had to perform a skin grafting technique to compensate for the deficiency, in order to maximize the shape and function for the patient.
Arbitrarily using fillers of unknown origin, especially liquid silicone, to inject into the body is an extremely dangerous action. Liquid silicone is absolutely not allowed to be used in these procedures due to the risk of causing inflammation, fibrosis and permanent tissue deformation.
