On March 31, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) announced that currently, some websites, e-commerce platforms and social networks are advertising the Health Protection Food of the Queen Mother of the Palace Crilin Women Health with misunderstanding about its effects as a medicine.
This product was announced by Thien Duoc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (address: Lot F3, Road N5, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Khanh Binh Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong) and was granted a Certificate of Receipt for the product declaration No. 2320/2021/DKSP by the Food Safety Department on March 16, 2021.
On August 12, 2021, the Food Safety Department issued a Certificate of Advertising Conclusion No. 2288/2021/XNQC-ATTP to Thien Nhien True Natural Vietnam Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Joint Stock Company. However, on April 12, 2023, the Department issued Decision No. 134/QD-ATTP to revoke this confirmation certificate at the company's request.
Currently, the Food Safety Department is coordinating with competent authorities to verify and handle the above violations. The results of the handling will be made public on the Department's website at https://vfa.gov.vn/.
While waiting for handling, the Food Safety Department recommends that consumers should not believe in advertising violations to decide to buy and use the product, to avoid affecting their health and finances.
