The VTF Annual Executive Committee Conference on May 8 in Ho Chi Minh City held many important activities. At the Conference, VTF supplemented and consolidated the Executive Committee and Standing Committee for the 2026-2027 term and introduced Mr. Vu Quang Huy - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Cable Television Corporation (VTVcab) and Mr. Mai Hoai Anh (AP Sport club) to participate as Vice Chairman of VTF.
At the ceremony, VTF signed cooperation agreements with many major strategic partners. Cooperation agreements focused on many key areas such as developing a national and international professional tournament system, training young athletes, improving professional quality, strengthening communication - promoting the image of Vietnamese tennis and expanding community activities to spread positive sports spirit.
The special highlight of the program is the Announcement Ceremony of Vietnam Tennis Ambassador for the term 2026 - 2027 with the participation of Miss H'Hen Nie and Miss Luong Thuy Linh. Through the selection of faces with positive influence, VTF hopes to spread the image of modern, dynamic, close and strongly inspiring Vietnamese tennis to the community, especially young people.
In the role of Tennis Ambassador of Vietnam, Miss H'Hen Nie and Luong Thuy Linh will accompany VTF in activities to promote the image of tennis, community communication, develop the school sports movement and many campaigns to spread a healthy and positive lifestyle.
In addition to signing and announcing ambassadors, VTF also organized a ceremony to honor collectives, coaches, athletes, and referees with outstanding achievements in 2025 - 2026 to recognize outstanding contributions to the development of Vietnamese tennis in the past time such as athletes Vu Ha Minh Duc (AP Sports Club), Nguyen Dai Khanh (Becamex - HCMC), Le Tien Anh (Army), Le Phu Gia (HCMC)...
Many typical individuals and collectives have been awarded medals and certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in training, competition, organizing tournaments and developing the tennis movement nationwide.
With the companionship of the business community, image ambassadors and typical individuals of the country's tennis, VTF expects to continue to create many breakthroughs in 2026 and the following years, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnamese tennis in the regional and international arena.
