Meanwhile, a video posted by Sputnik shows the Orsk 148 loaded with military vehicles on the deck, being escorted by a Turkish coast guard ship through the Bosphorus Strait, aiming to target the Tartus port in Syria.
The Tapir class transport ship is capable of carrying up to 20 main battle tanks or 40 infantry fighting vehicles.
