CNN quoted Waynel sexton - who was a second-grade teacher of George Floyd - as saying that in his thesis, the boy George Floyd at that time described his future career aspiration as becoming a Supreme Court judge.
'When I grow up, I want to be a Supreme Court judge. When someone says, 'Dear court, he robbed the bank'. I would say, 'Please sit'. And if he doesn't follow, I'll ask the security guard to take him out. Then I will hit the hammer on the table and everyone will be silent' '' George Floyd wrote in his exercise when he was a second-grade student.
sexton says she always keeps one of the exercises her students do every year, including the Floyd exercise.
''How can we know that the eight-year-old has painted this precious and interesting picture of justice and wants to become a justice-ening person? 38 years later, Floyd's life may have done it. sadly, I'm sure it's not the way he imagines fame or getting justice,' sexton said.
sexton said she remember Floyd as a quiet student who loved dance and singing in class.
