In the next phase of the war in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli government and Prime Minister Netanyahu plan to completely control the city of Gaza, forcing more than 1 million Palestinians to move south, eliminating Hamas there and expanding to other areas. However, Mr. Netanyahu has also pushed for negotiations with some African countries to accept Palestinians forced to leave Gaza.
