On March 16, speaking on social network X, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized that Tehran's military operations will continue until Washington realizes that the war imposed on the region is illegal.
Mr. Araghchi affirmed that this is a wrong conflict that harms both the American and Iranian people, and resolutely requested the US to have appropriate compensation measures for victims affected by the conflict.
The discovery of increasing losses has made Iran tighten its diplomatic stance. "Our powerful armed forces will continue to fight until US President Donald Trump understands that this war is wrong and must never be repeated," Mr. Araghchi declared.
The message was issued in the context that retaliatory attacks in the Gulf region have not shown signs of cooling down.
Previously, in an interview with CBS television, Secretary of State Araghchi also bluntly stated that Tehran does not see any reason to negotiate with Mr. Trump's administration.
He affirmed that Iran has never proactively sought discussions with the US under military pressure.
Iran's stance is assessed by analysts as a direct retaliatory blow to the "pressure diplomacy" campaign that President Trump is implementing. While the US is trying to use military power and sanctions to force Iran to concede, Iran is frantically discovering tactical loopholes to maintain a long-term war.
Iran's association of the ceasefire condition with Mr. Trump's personal responsibility shows that this country has prepared for a long-term confrontation instead of compromising economic pressure.
Observers believe that as long as Washington does not have signals of policy adjustment, hotspots in the Gulf region will still be in a state of red alert.
All diplomatic efforts at this time are focused on detecting minimal cooling scenarios to prevent an uncontrollable full-scale conflict.
