The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the country's forces conducted a large-scale attack overnight, targeting many missile and UAV manufacturing facilities in Ukraine.

According to TASS, on August 1, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that the country's forces conducted a large-scale night attack targeting radio electronics industrial facilities in the capital Kiev.

The Russian side affirmed that all targets attacked were facilities producing components for Ukrainian missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The targets attacked included the Radio Kiev factory (state-owned enterprise Radioizmeritel), which produces assembly clusters, electronic components for Neptune-MD, FP-7, FP-9 and Grom-2 guided missiles and develops inertial guidance systems for long-range UAVs, including the FP-1 model manufactured by Fire Point Company.

Russia announced that it had raided the Kiev-1 electronics assembly plant (Burevestnik state-owned enterprise). This place produces electronic components and spare parts for medium and long-range UAVs, and also researches and manufactures radar equipment for the Ukrainian army.

Other targets of the attack were the Kiev-111 industrial facility (Fire Point Company), a facility producing components and warheads for FP-5 Flamingo ground-launched cruise missiles and storing chemicals used to make solid fuel propulsion engines.

The attack also targeted the Kiev-25 industrial facility (PV GROUP Ukraine Company), which produces and stores hardware and software for Lima electronic warfare systems, which are used to jam the guidance signals of precision weapons.

The country's forces also raided the Kiev-21 factory, the assembly and storage facility of Dead Fly, Osa Kamikaze, Link Drone, Thunder UAVs and components and chassis of medium-range UAVs.

During the night, the Russian army attacked the Vishnevoye logistics center in Kiev province - which receives, stores, assembles and distributes components for UAV production. The Russian side said that this facility also manufactures components for medium and long-range attack UAVs, assembles and stores warheads for long-range UAVs.

In addition to land targets, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had attacked 2 dry cargo ships moving in the waters south of the city of Odessa, accusing these ships of transporting military goods to a Ukrainian port.
