Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang said: The arrangement and restructuring of the apparatus is a regular activity of countries and is suitable to the context of the situation and new functions and tasks.
Ms. Hang noted that the policy of streamlining the state apparatus towards efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness was proposed by Vietnam since the end of 2017 and has been carefully prepared, with an implementation plan and a suitable research roadmap.
"The process of arranging and restructuring the apparatus will not affect the investment and business environment in Vietnam. At the same time as the restructuring process, Vietnam has also continued to have regulations on simplifying investment procedures in a more favorable direction, creating conditions for foreign enterprises wishing to do business and produce long-term in Vietnam" - Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang affirmed.
