Many Asian countries and Asian communities around the world have just welcomed the New Year's Eve moment, welcoming the Binh Ngo New Year 2026.

Lunar New Year in Vietnam, China and the Chinese-origin community in many Asian countries as well as around the world begins on February 17.

To mark the beginning of the new year according to the lunar calendar, people in many countries have had holidays, decorated houses and performed traditional rituals to welcome the new year.
