As Trump's health worsened, Stafford's assistant Angela Lathrop sponsored Timothy. In 2010, when Lathrop arrived in the Philippines, Timothy found out who had written him for many years.
"We may not know where Timothy is, but we know he is currently leading a successful life," Stafford said.
