This year, the 2026 National Club Hockey Championship is competing in Ho Chi Minh City. The tournament will start on March 16th. The events will last until the end of March 24th.
The entire tournament attracted 320 players from 11 units nationwide to compete in men's and women's medal sets.
The tournament will be a valuable professional accumulation program, helping football players from units prepare for the X-2026 National Sports Festival held in December in Ho Chi Minh City.
At the 2026 National Club Hockey Championship, the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports and the Vietnam Badminton Federation brought into competition advanced championship categories including men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles, men's team, women's team, men's team 4, women's team 4 and men's team team, women's team team.
The tournament has competition content for amateur athletes including team 3 men, mixed team 2 men – 1 women and men's team.
The Professional Board of the Vietnam Badminton Federation said that the tournament is officiated by professional national referees to ensure fairness for athletes.
According to assessments, players from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Dong Thap... units are still predicted to achieve high results at this year's tournament.
