Ho Chi Minh City Police Department is highly appreciated

The Ho Chi Minh City Police Men's Team is the club that has increased its force most significantly ahead of the 2025 football season.

Not only are they not considered weak, coach Duong Tan Vinh and his team are even considered by experts to have the ability to compete for the championship this season. This is completely reasonable as they have an even squad and the presence of top quality players.

The Police team has added two players, Nguyen Van Quoc Duy and Quan Trong Nghia. These are two players who have played outstandingly in recent seasons.

According to the assessment, these are two attacking players with good expertise and will be the players who play a decisive role for the Ho Chi Minh City Police men's team to compete for achievements in the 2025 national championship.

In addition, Ho Chi Minh City Police also added setters Dinh Van Tu and Pham Thoai Khuong. The setter position is an important one, so the team focused on preparing carefully. It is known that recently, the players have been practicing together to get familiar with tactics and understand each other in coordination.

On the team's opening day, coach Duong Tan Vinh stated: "The players returned to practice with the highest spirit. We strive to achieve high results in this year's tournaments. Currently, the team has enough players to practice according to the proposed curriculum."

HCMC women's team focuses on relegation target

Also winning the 2024 national A-class championship and having a ticket to play in the 2025 national championship, the Ho Chi Minh City women's volleyball club still has not had any significant reinforcements.

Therefore, coach Tran Hien's squad does not have any players who are superior to other opponents. The names that have tried to help the HCMC women's team win promotion such as Cam Tu, Kim Giang, Dao Thi Nhung, Thuy Huong, Huynh Nhi, Nha Phuong, Luong Quynh, Be Thu, Anh Nguyet, Thanh Mai... are still the core force in this year's football season.

"Our team has just been promoted to the 2025 national championship. In theory, when the ball has not yet started, the teams have the same chance of getting good results, but we understand and are cautious about our chances.

Each player focused on practicing with the utmost determination to achieve good results in this year's tournament," shared head coach Tran Hien of the HCMC women's team.

In 2023, the Ho Chi Minh City women's team participated in the national championship. Although the players and coaching staff have experience in this playground, according to experts, the representative of the South must find an outstanding factor in the squad, then the goal of staying in the league as well as achieving good results will be more promising.

After the Lunar New Year 2025, the HCMC women's club will calculate a suitable time to move to the North to get used to the climate to prepare for phase 1 of the 2025 national championship, starting in Dong Anh (Hanoi) in March 2025.
