Time of the Asian tournament in Dong Anh
The AVC Women's Volleyball Nations Cup 2025 will take place from June 7 to June 14 at the Dong Anh District Gymnasium.
This tournament was formerly known as the AVC Challenge Cup, renamed the Asian Volleyball Confederation of Labor as the AVC Volleyball Nations Cup from 2025. The tournament is for men's and women's volleyball teams from countries across the continent.
In 2025, Vietnam will host the AVC Women's Volleyball Nations Cup for the first time. The Vietnam women's volleyball team is the defending champion after defeating Kazakhstan last year.
With the opportunity to play at home, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team have a big advantage to defend their title.
Thanh Thuy travels to Da Nang
After winning the runner-up position in the 2025 Asian Women's Club Championship, VTV Binh Dien Long An players will have a break during the April 30th Festival, then return to professional practice.
Striker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy took advantage of this time to travel to Da Nang. She shared a picnic photo outdoors with the caption: " Let's go get our skin dyed".
After the end of the holiday, the players will return to the gathering in Quang Ninh during the training session lasting until August 30. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his students will prepare for important tournaments such as AVC Challenge Cup 2025, World Championship 2025 and SEA V.League 2025.
