The Vietnamese women's volleyball team is conducting professional training at Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports.
The plan to organize the VTV Cup 2026 Women's Volleyball Tournament may be postponed, however, the professional program of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and the players remains unchanged.
Currently, the women's volleyball team is training 24 players.
The coaching staff will select suitable forces to compete in each stage of the SEA V.Cup 2026 Tournament.

At this time, 4 players including Quynh Huong, Bao Ngoc, Yen Nhi, Thao Nguyen are participating in the 2026 National Youth Club Championship in Ninh Binh.
They will return to join the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team after finishing the competition program in Ninh Binh.

The coaching staff of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team still trusts and assigns the responsibility of captain to main attacker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy.
She has taken on this role during the time the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team participated in the AVC Cup 2026 recently.
In the second training phase of the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team to prepare for the SEA V.Cup 2026 and VTV Cup 2026 at this time, the team has a list of 28 players.
Thanh Thuy is an experienced face, who has played the role of captain in many international tournaments that the Vietnamese women's volleyball team has participated in.
Recently, she was officially confirmed by Gunma Green Wings (Japan) to re-sign a contract to continue competing in the 2026-2027 season.
Thanh Thuy has applied for a visa to ensure the procedures for returning to Japan to compete. The tournament in Japan is expected to kick off in October 2026.
