On July 29, the Vietnam Volleyball Federation officially announced the schedule of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team in the first leg of the SEA V.Cup 2026 tournament.
We are the host of the tournament. The matches will be held in Dong Anh (Hanoi) from July 31 to August 2.
According to the announced schedule, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team will play 3 matches of the tournament, all at 6:30 PM on the same day. We will meet the Philippines team on July 31st, Indonesia on August 1st and Thailand on August 2nd.
Today is also the day 3 teams from Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines come to Vietnam to participate in the first leg of the SEA V.Cup 2026. Each team brings 14 players to Vietnam.
The Vietnam Volleyball Federation and the reception department of the Organizing Committee will welcome the teams and then take them to the arranged accommodation hotel.
According to regulations, 4 teams are arranged to practice in the main stadium of Dong Anh Gymnasium (Hanoi) according to the time frames before the official tournament takes place.
The Vietnamese women's volleyball team will register 14 official players with the Organizing Committee at the technical meeting before the opening, including Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Vi Thi Yen Nhi, Nguyen Thi Tra My, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, Nguyen Huynh Phuong Thuy, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Bui Thi Anh Thao, Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Le Nhu Anh, Le Thanh Thuy, Luu Thi Hue, Nguyen Khanh Dang and Ca Thi Tu.
The technical meeting will be held tomorrow, July 30th, in Hanoi.
