The cycling race "Muong Lay Green Conquering Gio Pass (Clavo Pass)" is held for the first time within the framework of the 11th Muong Lay Ward Swallow-tailed Boat Racing Festival, 2026.
The cycling race gathers 150 athletes from 12 cycling clubs across the country to compete.
The cyclists will conquer a distance of about 20 km with diverse terrain. The route starts from the Central Square of Muong Lay ward, passes through Provincial Road 142, Khoang Van Tam street, running along the banks of Ban Bac Lake - Ban O.



The main challenge when the athletes enter Route 12/12, enter National Highway 12 and overcome the steep slopes of National Highway 6. The destination is the top of Gio Pass (Clavo Pass) - a position with high altitude and majestic view after overcoming Nga ba Sa Tong.
