On April 15, the Han River team had a personnel addition at the management level when Mr. Nguyen Huy Tai - Deputy General Director of SHB Bank - was assigned to participate in supporting the club's operations. This move is considered an adjustment step to strengthen management in the period when the team is facing many professional difficulties.
In parallel with changes at the top level, the possibility of adjusting the head coach position is also being calculated to create changes in the match results. Accordingly, coach Tran Minh Chien is one of the options being considered if the team decides to change the coaching staff in the near future.
Coach Tran Minh Chien once made his mark when helping Binh Duong (now Becamex HCMC) win the 2018 National Cup championship, and also has a lot of experience working at professional clubs. As a player, he once made his mark with an important goal that helped the Vietnamese team win a bronze medal at the 1995 SEA Games.
Currently, coach Le Duc Tuan is still with Da Nang club preparing for the match against Thep Xanh Nam Dinh in round 19 of V.League 2025-2026, taking place on April 19th at Chi Lang stadium. In this season, the Han River team is temporarily ranked last in the group after 18 rounds with 12 points, significantly behind the group above in the relegation race.
