According to Lao Dong reporters' investigation, the coaching staff of the Vietnam Men's Volleyball Team has selected 17 players to register to compete in 2 legs of the SEA V.League 2026 tournament.
The first leg will be held in the Philippines from July 15 to July 19. The second leg will take place in Indonesia from July 22 to July 26.
From 19 players trained in the past time, head coach Federico Rampazzo has selected 17 players to compete including: Tran Hoai Phuong, Dinh Van Duy, Phan Cong Duc (second base); Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, Duong Van Tien, Tang Ngoc Hieu, Tran Minh Duc, Tran Anh Tu, Bui Xuan Tien (main attackers); Pham Quoc Du, Ly Van Chuong, Dinh Van Phuong (volley strikers); Tran Duy Tuyen, Truong The Khai, Pham Thanh Tung (middle strikers) and Cao Duc Hoang, Trinh Duy Phuc (libero).
The Vietnamese men's volleyball team is practicing the last days before going to the Philippines at the beginning of next week.
At the present time, Vietnamese men's players are arranged to practice against the Mongolian men's volleyball team.
The opponent team is training in Vietnam and the friendly matches are held in Dong Anh (Hanoi).
In the professional program, it is expected that the Vietnamese men's volleyball team and the Mongolian team will have 6 practice matches. The teams started practice matches from July 7.
