The coaching staff of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team said that the members had arrived in Phuket (Thailand) on the afternoon of August 20.
The Vietnam women's volleyball team was arranged by the Organizing Committee with accommodation in accordance with standards. Currently, 13 players are in good health and spirit. In Thailand, the whole team will be arranged to practice at the gymnasium according to the Organizing Committee's schedule with the regulation of three hours/session.
Poland, Germany and Kenya arrived in Thailand on August 20. Before the official competition, the teams will attend the technical meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 World Championship. This is an important meeting for representatives of the teams to raise questions and the Organizing Committee will answer them.
In this competition, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team did not have time to add members to work in data analysis. The coaching staff includes head coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, assistant coaches Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, Le Thi Hien and fitness expert Karl Lim.
We are in Group G of the tournament with Poland, Germany and Kenya competing in Phuket (Thailand). Also competing here are teams from Group B including Italy, Belgium, Cuba and Slovakia.
13 athletes of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team participating in the tournament include Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh, Pham Thi Hien, Nguyen Thi Phuong, Doan Thi Lam Oanh, Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Khanh Dang, Le Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Thi Trinh, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Nguyen Thi Ninh Anh, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh. The Vietnam women's volleyball team is currently ranked 22nd in the world.
