On the morning of March 28, athletes entered the competition in the 100km, 75km, 50km and 21km distances at the Dalat Ultra Trail Kailas FUGA 2026 tournament.

According to the organizers, the race is not only a terrain race on the highlands but also shows the appeal of the race brand and Da Lat destination.
This year, the race adds a 100km pro distance with a maximum completion time of 20 hours, instead of 27 hours as in the 100km distance.
Notably, about 90% of the running route is designed in the natural forest space of Lang Biang plateau.

The race not only attracted more than 5,400 athletes, but also attracted about 7,000 tourists to Da Lat, in the context that Lien Khuong Airport is temporarily closed for upgrades.
According to the Organizing Committee, the actual number of visitors can be 2.5 times higher because most athletes go with family and friends, thereby creating a significant source of income for accommodation, dining, transportation and local tourism services.

Ms. Vu Thi Hoai Thuong - representative of the organizing committee - said that after 7 years of organization, the tournament has always been upgraded to bring a better experience to athletes, while approaching international standards.
According to Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province, the tournament shows that Da Lat's appeal is still very large, even when air travel is interrupted.

Most athletes actively came to Da Lat to participate in the Tournament by road from Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet and other localities.
The race is expected to end on March 29, after completing the 15km and 5km distances.
