In recent days, despite many changes in Hanoi's weather, the Vietnam women's team has maintained a stable training intensity, ready for the journey ahead at the 33rd SEA Games.
Sharing about this training session, defender Tran Thi Duyen said: This training session took place right after the national championship, so in the past 3 weeks, the whole team has maintained a good training and competition state.
The two friendly matches with Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club, where there are tall foreign players, helped us gain many useful experiences when facing opponents with superior physique".

Talking about the regional arena, the defender born in 2000 of Phong Phu Ha Nam club said: I am very happy to return to the national team and I will try my best to be on the list to participate in the 33rd SEA Games.
I was previously called up to the squad to prepare for the SEA Games but due to injury, I missed the opportunity. That is why I am more eager this time to participate and contribute to the team".
Regarding the weather in Hanoi in recent days, defender Luong Thi Thu Thuong also shared: "The weather in recent days has changed, but the team has adapted quite well. Doctors always closely monitor and take measures to help players maintain their physical condition.
As a young player, I was lucky to compete with my seniors in previous international tournaments and learned a lot. My goal is to perform well to successfully defend the gold medal with the whole team".

According to the plan, on November 16, the Vietnam women's team will travel to Viet Tri (Phu Tho) to continue training before leaving for Japan for training. This is an important stage to help the whole team perfect their physical strength, tactics and ability to compete in an international environment.
