Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet answered the media of the Organizing Committee right after the evening match on August 23 between the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team and Poland: "This is not an easy match for our players. At first, we had a winning result, however, Poland had strong professional players so we won. The important thing is that our players learn valuable experiences and play with the highest spirit.
Immediately after the match, members of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team were given a break to ensure their best physical condition for the second match in Phuket (Thailand).
This is the first time the Vietnam women's volleyball team has participated in the 2025 World Championship. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and the coaching staff have prepared the best according to the conditions for the team.
It is easy to see that coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet is not bound to a fixed squad but has made changes to ensure each player achieves the highest efficiency.
After the first match, we will continue the second match on August 25. Responding to the media, coach Nguyen Tuan Kien said that the next matches will be the professional efforts of each player.
