The Vietnamese women's team completed the afternoon training session on September 20 at J-Green Sakai Football Center (Osaka), aiming for the decisive match against the Thai women's team in the last round of Group E of ASIAD 2026 women's football.
The training session took place in a positive atmosphere. The players completed the training plan of the coaching staff, while the group that played a lot in the previous two matches was monitored by the medical team and adjusted their exercise volume accordingly.
Before the match against Thailand, defender Hoang Thi Loan said that the Vietnamese women's team quickly put aside the defeat against Japan to focus on the goal of winning.
After the match with Japan, the whole team was also very sad because the result was not as desired. But that does not make us lose our spirit. In the upcoming match with Thailand, the whole team will try to practice really well to compete and aim for a victory. I believe the team will do that," Hoang Thi Loan shared.
According to the defender born in 1995, the whole team is focusing on implementing the tactical requirements of the coaching staff, while maintaining solidarity to move towards the important match.
