Player Kim Lien is almost certain to move towards connecting with Thanh Hoa women's volleyball team in the 2026 season.

Former national player Nguyen Thi Kim Lien ended her contract with LPBank Ninh Binh women's volleyball team on December 31, 2025.

According to Lao Dong's investigation, Kim Lien is being negotiated by the women's volleyball team Xi Mang Long Son Thanh Hoa to reach a contract to play in 2026. However, the two sides have not officially announced the information. However, it is almost certain that Kim Lien will achieve the appropriate terms according to her wishes.

Last year, Kim Lien was an official member of the LPBank Ninh Binh team that won the runner-up position in the 2025 National Championship. This player plays her forte in libero position. In recent years, Kim Lien has still been focused by coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet on the Vietnamese women's volleyball team in some tournaments. However, she did not participate in SEA Games 33 with the team just past.

Kim Lien is one of the players who plays well in the libero position. She grew up from training the talents of Tay Ninh women's volleyball and has played for many years for VTV Binh Dien Long An's first team. After ending her contract with VTV Binh Dien Long An, Kim Lien played for Quang Ninh and LPBank Ninh Binh teams.

Preparing for the 2026 season, the Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement women's team is having some important force additions. This team still retains key faces in the playing squad at this time.
