In the quarter-final match of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 held on the evening of July 5 (local time) at Mercedes Benz Stadium (USA), Bayern Munich suffered a 0-2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, thereby officially stopping the tournament. The incident happened at the end of the first half, when Musiala tried to pick up a pass from teammate Michael Olise.
