In the opening match of the 33rd SEA Games men's volleyball tournament, the Vietnam men's volleyball team will face Laos. Against a not-so- Strength opponent, this is an opportunity for coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team to seek their first victory.
After the training trip in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam team traveled to Thailand on December 11. The whole team had a practice session to get acquainted with the stadium before entering the official competition.
In the hands of coach Tran Dinh Tien are the 14 best faces at present, including Dinh Van Duy, Pham Van Hiep, Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, Tran Duy Tuyen, Truong The Khai, Nguyen Thanh Hai, Trinh Duy Phuc, Nguyen Van Quoc Duy, Phan Cong Duc, Cao Duc Hoang, Duong Van Tien, Tran Anh Tu, Pham Quoc Du, Quan Trong Nghia.
