The audience cheered for the swimming swimming swimmers, the Vietnamese national team marked with a historic bronze medal in the women's 4x100m freestyle at the 33rd SEA Games.

As soon as they stepped out of the water, the 4 female swimmers in the 4x100m freestyle relay squad (Nguyen Kha Nhi, Pham Thi Van, Vo Thi My Tien, Nguyen Thuy Hien) watched the results on the electronic clock. When they knew they would win the bronze medal, all 4 girls hugged each other and burst into emotion.

In the stands, the coaching staff, experts Gustavo and the most demanding people of Vietnamese water sports also emotionally showed off their biggest fists of fireworks to cheer on the 4 female swimming pool players of Vietnam. Because their bronze medal has made history for Vietnamese swimming.

According to the achievements at the Southeast Asian Games until the 32nd SEA Games, the Vietnamese swimming team has not won a medal in the women's 4x100m freestyle relay event.

22 years ago, the Vietnamese swimming team witnessed an emotional moment when the relay team won the bronze medal in the women's 4x100m mixed event at the 22nd SEA Games held in 2003 in Vietnam.

That is the only women's relay medal (up to the start of the 2010 SEA Games) brought by the Vietnamese Swimming Team to the regional Sports Festival arena.

After 22 years, the 4 young girls Nguyen Kha Nhi, Pham Thi Van, Vo Thi My Tien, Nguyen Thuy Hien have made everyone lower their hats in admiration. They have made history. Young swimmer Nguyen Thuy Hien shared briefly on the swimming pool at the 33rd SEA Games after the competition: "I don't know what to say, the relay medal is really valuable. This is the first time I have had this result and also the first time the women's swimming team has a relay medal".

Many wishes and encouragement from fans and managers of the Vietnam Sports delegation for the women's 4x100m freestyle relay team right after the competition (evening of December 10). For Vietnamese water sports players, the result of this bronze medal is of great value. This is the first time the Vietnam Swimming Team has had this result. It can be considered as precious as gold.

Vietnamese swimming has been achieving professional value with gold medals at the SEA Games. However, we have not been superior in women's supporting events. Even during the period of owning Southeast Asia's No. 1 star Nguyen Thi Anh Vien, the Vietnamese Swimming Team has not won any medals in women's relay events.

Nguyen Kha Nhi, Pham Thi Van, Vo Thi My Tien and Nguyen Thuy Hien are the young talents of Vietnamese swimming. With this 33rd SEA Games, they left their mark and will be mentioned many times with the result of the bronze medal in the 4x100m freestyle relay.
