The conference confirmed that the 33rd SEA Games will take place in Thailand from November 25 to November 28. This is the final conference to decide on the registration of each country attending the Congress.
At the same time, this is also the last working opportunity, before the 33rd SEA Games start, for each country to reaffirm the number of events, sports and athletes officially participating.

According to research, in professional activities, the 33rd SEA Games Organizing Committee will announce the preparation process for the Games for each country to update the most.
The 33rd SEA Games will not have an Athletes' Village. The national teams participating in the competition will be arranged to stay in the hotel area of the Organizing Committee near the competition venue.
In June this year, 11 countries registered a preliminary list of athletes participating in the 33rd SEA Games. By September, the list was shortened and almost officially registered with host Thailand for the Organizing Committee to make a card to attend the 33rd SEA Games.
At the Conference, it was affirmed that the final list will be notified to the Organizing Committee. After the Conference affirmed, no sports delegation can replace athletes according to the list registered with the Organizing Committee.
The 33rd SEA Games will be officially held from December 9 to December 20. Some sports will start competing from December 3 according to the professional schedule. Before the 33rd SEA Games, the Organizing Committee will hold a technical meeting (a day before) to disseminate the regulations and final competition schedule to the participating delegations.
